Nylon Air Pressure Pipe is the black color pipe offered by us in different lengths and specifications. This pipe finds application at various industrial sectors to meet the diverse requirements of our patrons. It is made using supreme quality nylon and other material along with the help of technologically advanced machinery at our unit as per the market set standards and norms. Nylon Air Pressure Pipe is thoroughly tested on numerous parameters, ensuring high pressure rating, high flow rate, toughness, flexibility, durability and a long service life.
Nylon Tubing that put forward by our reputed company is made available in different working pressure, sizes, wall thickness of the colours & tube. This type of nylon tubing is ideal to be used for application in diverse industries in the chemical, automobile, and transport. Different usages of such tubing comprise automotive hydraulic & gasoline lines, transporting alimentary & biological liquids and use for centralized units for lubrication. Designed by a prestigious manufacturer, exporter, and supplier this product from NORFLEX has some remarkable attributes that are enough make it compatible for varied applications.
Exclusive features comprise smaller proportion of Outer Diameter by Inner Diameter, lightness in weight, cost-effective in the action of installation & performance and amongst others being dimensionally stable under a large spectrum of temperature because of its low moisture absorption capacity and resistance to even 130o intermittent temp. & 90o continuous. Varied Other salient features include resistance to greases, chemicals, solvents, oils and other lubricants, withstanding high pressure, and compatibility for end fitting for aluminium, copper & plastic tubes that makes this nylon tubing most preferred and demanded product in the market.

Salient Features:
Lightness: Nylon with a density of 1.04 to 1.14, it is 8 times lighter as compared to copper tubings.
Economy: Apart from real cost of the tubing the economic balance is even more in favour of Nylon due to elimination of Preforming, connections can be simplified and, convenient & rapid installation.
Low O.D. / I.D. ratio : NORFLEX Nylon Tubing is considerably smaller O.D. by I.D. Ratio as compared to any other non metallic tubing. Hence for a provided Inner Diameter & working pressure, more smaller tubing connection is feasible.
Stability: NORFLEX Nylon tubing is also dimensionally stable due to its low moisture absorption and resistance to temperatures over a large spectrum of -40 oC - 90 oC (continuous) 130°C (discontinuously).
Flexibility : It is very flexible and remains elastic once bent cold, but can be permanently shaped by bending when warm. The curvature's radius can be very small without reason pressure loss.
Withstand high pressure : NORFLEX Nylon tubing is very capable to withstand high pressures depending upon diameter, wall thickness, usage for which it is put as well as industry involved.
Low pressure losses : Having smoother internal surface as compared to metal tubes, losses of pressure are low.
Chemical resistance : NORFLEX Nylon tubing has tremendous resistance against oils, greases, chemicals, solvents, petrol, gasoline fluorocarbon refrigerants, high speed diesel, & propellants, and is impermeable to Freon, Oxygen and Ozone.
End fittings: On grounds of Nylon's excellent stress cracking resistance and least cold flow under constant load, end fittings are sturdily and permanently connected and will not tear from the connectors.
Actually all kinds of end fittings marketed for the usage with plastics tubes and Aluminium & Copper tubes are ideally suitable. that is Drive-in & compression fittings.
Availability : NORFLEX Nylon Tubing comes in continuous lengths or length as needed or ready to install preformed and with fittings.
